I am so Proud of my Buddy… :)
1 09 2007(my buddy in UP Statistical Society, Jervie Ann Nuñez, wrote this one for me…)
A HELPING HAND
When I met my buddy, Mr. Aaron Lee S. Amarga, I found him affable and energetic from all of the members of the organization. This is one of the reasons I chose him as my buddy. From the first time I saw him, I had this thought that he is a reliable and determined person as he is now.
Buddy Aaron, as I call him is a sociable and “makulit” member of the UP Statistical Society. He is now a third year student here at the University of the
Philippines
taking up BS Statistics.
As a buddy, I find him more supportive than what I had expected to be. He always help me on my signature sheet, he reviewed me for my formal interview as long as there is time, and he keeps on encouraging me to do my best to complete the application process. The difficulty of the application process was lessened through the help of my buddy.
My buddy Aaron has a couple of talents to share to everyone. His left brain surely function better than others’ left brains. His creativity is astonishing. He is good at manipulating the details of the Adobe Photoshop and he makes the best designs for banners, papers, and shirts if you ask me. I have never met anyone better in photoshop-ing than my buddy.
I can say that my buddy is also good at time management. He can squeeze his schedule for everything he has to do for the day and still have time for himself. There is no such thing as “wasted time” for my buddy. There is always time for everything.
Buddy Aaron is the type of person who smiles no matter how hard the problem he is facing. He is a very determined person. He is a person who won’t give up even deep oceans and seas have to be ventured. He will face his fears just to get to the things he wants to achieve. No wonder he was able to be a member of the UP Statistical Society. He is a man with sheer courage and pure determination.
As a UP student, my buddy is also a studious type of person. He doesn’t ignore his academic performance for party life and happy moments. He keeps his mind focused on his studies and doesn’t replace anything for it. Definitely, he is a student who believes in the power of education and what it can do for everyone’s welfare and future.
My buddy is always there as a helping hand for the people around him. Given a second chance to reapply, I would choose him again as my buddy. If you have a buddy like Aaron, why find someone else as your buddy?
